How long will it take to receive my order?
After the ordering window closes, we will get started on producing everything as quickly as possible. Most or all orders should be complete and delivered to school for distribution within 2-3 weeks. Backpack mail will be used deliver your orders.
Can I return or exchange an item if I'm not satisfied?
Since all items are produced to order, we are NOT able to accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with an item you received, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to review and determine what resolution is possible.
Do you offer shipping?
At this time, we are not shipping orders but will look into shipping options for future ordering windows.
